Primary and secondary teacher for 36 years with a passion for engaging students in learning. I have just retired and embarking on consultancy in pedagogy for maximising motivation. Have Science syllabuses for Queensland in P-10 Science and Senior Chemistry. Writer of Science and Chemistry texts. The most important thing I've done is conduct a 5 year action research into engagement in a large low SES high school which has informed by leadership and teaching for 16 years.
