Uncover the mysteries of sustainability... with your class at Randwick's Sustainability Education Hub

Come and be part of our innovative program, available for Early Childhood, Stage One, Two and Three teachers and students from schools in Sydney's eastern suburbs.

Lessons are at Randwick Community Centre which has been transformed into the showcase Randwick Sustainability Hub. Here you will see a range of energy and water efficient features as well as the productive Permaculture Interpretive Garden. The lessons we have developed use the features of the Hub and focus on a variety of science topics.

Children and teachers together can discover energy and water saving technologies and how they can be part of your life.

We offer four lessons:

Early Childhood and Stage One: Energy - Hello Sun; Water - Sounds like Water; Stage Two: Water - Water Our Resource; Stage Three: Energy - Electricity Rocks.

School visits are offered as full or half-day programs on Tuesdays and Fridays. Half-day lessons can also be arranged on Wednesday and Thursday afternoons.
