VEX Robotics Intensive with Chris Hamling of Kiwibots PL16057

On August 25th, Chris Hamling of Kiwibots will be presenting a full day PL on Robot-C. Participants will have the opportunity to program VEX IQ & VEX EDR robots using Robot-C. This intensive PL is perfect for those teachers just getting started with VEX or the veterans looking deepen their understanding. Chris will also be taking an in depth look at Robot-C’s Virtual worlds software and how it can be utilized in the classroom, with or without robots. This PL would benefit any primary or secondary teachers looking to include robotics into their curriculum. Suitable for both primary & Secondary teachers.

  • Using Robot Virtual world to test Robot – C in a virtual environment

  • VEX IQ and EDR on-line challenge
  • Using Fusion 360 for the Autodesk “Make it Real” online challenge 

You'll also get the chance to hear from La Trobe University on new opportunities for students in Engineering and also their school outreach program.
