    The Team

    The Teaching & Learning Team strives to improve educational outcomes for all students by supporting teachers and Principals to develop a whole school commitment to inclusive practices, pedagogy and a shared responsibility for student achievement. Our team plays an important part in the effective development of educational resources and professional development for teachers and leaders in both primary and secondary schools. We provide many opportunities for personal development and professional growth in leadership skills and capacity.

    The Role

    Key responsibilities for this role include:

    •  Supporting Principals to lead innovation and school improvement.

    •  Work with School Improvement Advisors to be responsive to the schools’ needs.

    •  Support Principals in establishing and developing professional learning networks.

    •  Develop leadership capacity of school based teachers and school leaders through instructional coaching and mentoring.

    Your Background

    •  Excellent practical and theoretical experience with data analysis

    •  Teaching qualifications and recent school based experience

    •  Excellent knowledge of current issues and research in curriculum development

    •  High level organisation skills, well developed oral and written communication skills

    •  Ability to show initiative and be proactive.
