First Year Out: Danielle Hicks
A split decision made on her university applications the night before they were due saw Danielle Hicks embark on a career in psychology, but it only took one semester for her to realise that teaching was, and now is, precisely the profession she was born to pursue. Fresh out of her four-year teaching degree at Adelaide University, the South Australian SOSE and English teacher is loving finally having a classroom of her own at Kadina High School.
