Soft skills are vital for students' employment opportunities

I heard an interesting statistic a couple of days ago. Apparently 40 per cent of university graduates fail to gain employment within their ﬁeld of study.

Shouldn’t we be troubled by this?

After all, don’t we encourage our students to pursue tertiary study with the promise ...
