Cessnock East Public School

Cessnock East Public School is situated in the township of Cessnock in the Hunter Valley. The school has an enrolment of 235 students divided into 10 classes. 27% of students identify as Aboriginal. Students are at the centre of all decisions made in collaboration with the community. The school is committed to a philosophy of future focus learning in quality teaching and learning experiences. Our school is actively involved in CASE - Cessnock Academy of STEM Excellence with its partner high school and primary schools. Cessnock East is an Early Action for Success school.
