App Review: Who was?

For this issue I’ve chosen an app for middle to upper primary students. Created by Penguin, the Who Was? app is based upon their series of short biographical texts aimed at students aged nine to 11.

With both adventure and arcade modes, the app contains some 85 levels with in excess of 4000 questions about famous ...
