More pay, more provisions: green light for Vic Government Schools Agreement

The Fair Work Commission has given the green light to the Australian Education Union’s new Victorian Government Schools Agreement, with the new conditions to come into effect from August 22.

AEC Victorian Branch President Meredith Peace says the new conditions are a big win for educators.

The agreement was passed with a majority ‘yes’ vote of 87.5 per cent in the employee ballot.
