About the Role:

We are seeking a part-time Administration Officer to join our college community.  If you have:

  • Previous experience with processing enrolments within a school or a solid administration background in a fast-paced environment and love learning new things
  • Enjoy a varied role that includes administration and coordination of college events like Open Days
  • A passion for helping others, by assisting in many areas within the college, from the College Reception, to Pastoral, Sick Bay, and the Tuckshop
  • Flexibility working school term time from 18 to 24 hours per week - then we have the role for you!


The successful applicant will be primarily assisting with the processing of college enrolments, coordinating college tours & events and will also work to support the whole administration team as required.  

What you bring to the role:

  • Demonstrated competency in the ability to perform administration functions with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail,
  • A helpfulness of spirit, flexibility, and excellent customer service skills,
  • Previous experience in an administration role, particularly within a school environment,


About you:
To be eligible to be considered for this role you will:

  • hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement;
  • be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment; and
  • have a commitment to and understanding of the ethos and traditions of Catholic Education.
