About the Role

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Participate in a multi-disciplinary professional service desk team, undertake tasks as required including dealing with requests for assistance from clients and contribute to deliverables to support the specific scope and objectives of the unit.
  • Provision of user access and various delegations in SAP, Business Intelligence (BI), School Appropriation Payments Application (SAPA), Infor Budget and Reporting Tool (Infor), CommBiz,ExpenseMe Pro, ServiceNow and other finance related applications in line with the department's user management policies and procedures.
  • Provide advice and business support in relation to SAP, BI, SAPA, Infor, CommBiz, ExpenseMe Pro, ServiceNow and other finance related applications to departmental users in a timely manner through the operation of the FBS Service Desk.
  • Identify and recommend system and procedural changes for continuous improvement.

The successful applicant will have exceptional client interaction skills, experience with a Service Desk job ticketing system eg. ServiceNow and be committed to working closely with a small, highly skilled team.
