Location: West Yorkshire, United Kingdom Start Date: September Salary: £160 per day

Position Overview: As an Early Career Teacher (ECT), you will have the opportunity to inspire and empower students while honing your teaching skills under the guidance of experienced mentors. You will deliver engaging lessons, assess student progress, and contribute to the development of our curriculum. This position offers a supportive induction program and ongoing professional development opportunities to help you grow as an educator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to diverse learning needs
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning
  • Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to support their academic growth
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and refine curriculum materials
  • Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching practice
  • Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending completion of a recognised teacher training program by September
  • Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage workload effectively
