About the Role:
Under the direction of the Principal, this position coordinates financial administration activities and provides support to ensure the school delivers on key reporting deadlines.
This is a diverse role where you will have the platform to showcase your financial knowledge and organisational skills. You will work closely with Support Accountants, School Leadership Administration Team, Staff, Parents and Suppliers.
Duties may include:
- Management of all school financial
- Billing and collection of school fees
- Reconciliation of accounts
- Cashier and banking duties
- Data entry
- End of Month Report Preparation
- Assist with Annual Budget preparation
- General administration tasks
About You:
To succeed in this role you will demonstrate:
- Initiative and attention to detail
- Effective communication dealing with various stakeholders
- Highly organised
- Sound judgement, confidentiality and discretion
- Experience in Microsoft Office-particularly Excel
- BCE Finance system- Microsoft Dynamics D365 – experience advantageous but not essential

- have a commitment to and understanding of the ethos and traditions of Catholic Education.
