About the role -
The Administration Assistant: Sport and HPE (Level 3 School Officer) is a member of the College Support Team working to support the efficient and effective operations of the College’s Sporting Programs and HPE curriculum. St Mary’s College provides a wide and diverse range of co-curricular Sport activities as an integral part of the education experience.

As a member of the St Mary’s College staff, the employee in this position is required to support the Mission Statement to ensure the Catholic Ethos and Mercy Traditions of the College are maintained and enhanced through their work.


To be eligible to be considered for this role you will:

  • hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement;
  • be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment; and
  • have a commitment to and understanding of the ethos and traditions of Catholic Education.
