Art teacher helping students unleash their inner animal
When Fiona Bridges takes charge of a visual art class, she harbours a simple, yet quite radical aspiration: to make all students, regardless of age or artistic panache, believe they are capable of greatness. So whether they put paintbrush to canvas, or charcoal to paper, Bridges’ students from Belconnen High School are urged to break free from that one shackle that can crush many a teenager’s talent: self-doubt.
