About the Role:

As the International Support Officer, Recruitment - International Student Programs, you will:

  • Provide administrative, financial and project/event management services to support the activities of the team within DE International.
  • Undertake a variety of projects to support the team in achieving annual student enrolment revenue targets and other business outcomes.

The International Support Officer reports to the relevant Manager within DE International and will support key activities and projects to the team.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to;

  • Provide routine information and advice on administrative, human resource and financial issues to management and staff.
  • Issue accurate and timely invoices for the various programs offered.
  • Maintain the financial records management systems for the unit
  • Perform a variety of administrative or support services as directed.
  • Undertake work activities in a cooperative and supportive manner and as an active member of a diverse work team.
