Position: Teaching Assistant Location: Bromley Start Date: Immediate or September (Full-time)

Located in the heart of Bromley, we are dedicated to providing exceptional education and support to students with SEN and SEMH needs. We believe in creating a nurturing environment where every student can thrive, and we are seeking a passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of our students. Your responsibilities will include providing one-on-one support, assisting teachers in delivering engaging lessons, and helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

This is a full-time position with the potential for significant personal growth and development. Our goal is to ultimately turn this temporary placement into a permanent position for the right candidate.

Requirements:

  • Genuine passion for working with students with SEN or SEMH needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Previous experience or relevant qualifications in education or special needs (desired but not essential)
