Talented Leone recognised with SA Public Education Award

When early years teacher Daniela Leone received an email to say that she had been nominated to receive a SA Excellence in Public Education Award, because she was “a strong advocate for [her] students and a talented teacher who achieves outstanding success with her class,” she couldn’t quite believe it.

And yet now, as a first stage award winner, it seems the anonymously-given praise was bang on the money – ...
