Putney Public School

Putney Public School has an enrolment of 491 students with approximately 30% being from a non-English speaking background. The school has a dedicated staff and supportive community, offering a quality learning environment that caters for all students. Our staff work collaboratively to create a culture of continuous improvement, resulting in increased student learning outcomes, engagement and wellbeing. Whole school priorities include embedding evidence-based best practice for literacy and numeracy, formative assessment and Visible Learning in all classrooms, whilst continuing to develop Project Based Learning and Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) across K-6.
